Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the training provided, we may refund the amount paid, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
Please discuss with our dealing team before opting for any training; they will provide complete details about the services that will be delivered for the chosen program.
In case of dissatisfaction due to a genuine reason, clients may cancel their training and request a refund. Such requests are assessed by our team prior to confirmation of any refund.

- Requests received later than 5 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellations for the next service period.
Refund Policy

- If a client is not completely satisfied with our training, a refund may be provided after assessing the reason for dissatisfaction.
- If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original card used at purchase. For payment-gateway or net-banking transactions, refunds will be made to the same account.
